Division of Administration

The work of the Division of Administration is limited to the following:

  1. To identify and prepare the Centre’s teaching, technical and administrative staffing needs, and to prepare all plans for administrative matters.

  1. Issuing and archiving all the decisions issued by the Center’s administration, electronically, and classifying documents, official books, records and official documents.

  1. Issuance of administrative orders, receipt, delivery and distribution of outgoing and incoming mail to and from the centre and follow-up, documentation and electronic archiving of official correspondence

  1. Transcriptions of the meetings held by the Department of the Centre with the officials of the people and units of the faculties and institutes of the university and informing the members of the Centre of the administrative decisions taken by the administration after its adoption.

  1. Equipping and rehabilitating the centre’s buildings and spaces

  1. Maintenance of the Centre’s assets, communications equipment and control of all administrative services.

  1. Organization of records of applications on all devices and provision of Office tools

  1. Preparation and organization of the files for all staff of the Centre with the creation of premises for new staff and equipping them with required office supplies
