Development Division

This division is a major source of initiatives related to the training of teaching and technical staff through the Organization of development programs for the university teachers in addition to the implementation of training programs and development of modern teaching methods for the newly appointed faculty members and then Follow-up on the impact of these programs on the performance of each of them in the implementation of theoretical and practical lectures to achieve the greatest percentage of the delivery of scientific material.

Main objectives of the Division:

1-to develop the faculty members in the university, especially the newly appointed and qualified to perform their teaching and research tasks through the implementation of training programs in this field.

2-Implementing the aspirations and policies of the university through training programs related to modern scientific developments in order to keep abreast of the development in all scientific fields like the prestigious international universities

3-Preparing and implementing the training plans according to the needs of the faculty members of the University in order to develop the academic and research aspect of them.

4. Preparation and implementation of workshops, training workshops and scientific meetings for the purpose of discussing the latest scientific developments by the faculty members of the university.

5. To enhance communication with local, regional and international universities through the exchange of experiences in all scientific fields through training and development programs.
